Shinju Whiskey

Shinju, meaning "Pearl," is a Japanese whisky crafted from the pristine alpine waters of Mount Fuji, Japan's highest and most sacred mountain. The ancient Japanese believed that pearls were created from the tears of angels, 'born of the water,' a sentiment that inspires Shinju's creation.

Production Details: Shinju is a blend of four distinct whisky expressions, each aged between 2 to 4 years in new and mature American white oak barrels. This meticulous blending process, combined with the use of Mount Fuji's pure waters, imparts a unique smoothness and rich caramel color to the whisky.
