Founder: Fior Scotch was founded by retired Marine Major Eric Dominijanni, a culinary enthusiast who gained national recognition by defeating celebrity chef Bobby Flay in a steak cook-off on Season 1, Episode 5 of "Throwdown with Bobby Flay."

After his military service, Major Dominijanni pursued his passion for fine spirits, leading to the creation of Fior Scotch.
