Bitter Feminist is a premium Brazilian cachaça brand founded by sisters Abiola and Lanre Oriowo, along with their cousin Tony Adeyemi. This Black, female-led company is dedicated to celebrating the accomplishments of outspoken women worldwide.
Historical Significance: The brand's name, "Bitter Feminist," originated from a conversation among friends discussing societal perceptions of assertive women. This dialogue inspired the creation of a liquor brand that highlights and honors the stories of women who have been catalysts for change.

Production Details:
Ingredients: Crafted from sugar cane grown in the São Fidelis mountains near the Atlantic Rainforest in Brazil.
Process: After approximately one year of growth, the sugar cane is harvested, pressed, and the juice is twice distilled in copper stills. The cachaça is then rested for nine months before bottling.
Accolades: Since its market debut in April 2022, Bitter Feminist Cachaça has garnered multiple awards in spirits competitions, including a bronze medal at the LA Spirits Competition, affirming its quality and appeal.
