Anteel Tequila
Anteel Tequila is a premium tequila brand co-founded in 2017 by Nayana and Don Ferguson. Nayana holds the distinction of being the first Black woman to own and lead a tequila company. A 17-year pancreatic cancer survivor and an 11-year breast cancer survivor, she uses her voice for pancreatic cancer research as a National Advocate for PanCAN.
Production Details: Anteel Tequila is crafted from a blend of fully matured Lowland and Highland Blue Weber agave plants, aged six to seven years before harvest. The agaves are cooked for a minimum of 35 hours and distilled twice, resulting in a tequila with rich, sweet notes of cooked agave, floral tones, and vibrant layers of tropical fruit.
Expressions:
Blanco: A clean, classic Blanco Tequila with sweet agave and subtle floral tones, offering one of the smoothest Blanco Tequilas in the world.
Reposado: Aged for eight months in charred Tennessee whiskey barrels, this expression features sweet agave with slight caramel and vanilla tones and a very smooth, subtle whiskey finish.
Coconut Lime Blanco: An extremely smooth Blanco Tequila infused with natural flavors from the meat of the coconut and lime, providing a unique and refreshing taste.
Blood Orange Blanco: A crisp and refreshing white tequila infused with a subtle hint of Tarocco blood oranges, offering a distinctive citrus profile.
Accolades: Since its launch in 2018, Anteel Tequila has garnered over 100 awards and accolades, including recognition from the SIP Awards and the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. The brand's innovative flavors and commitment to quality have contributed to its rapid growth and expansion into multiple states.
