FLAVOR PROFILE: Our Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the Los Carneros AVA in Napa Valley, where the climate is ideal for Pinot Noir that tends to be ripe, round and rich with an intense core of cherry.
Aged in stainless steel for 6 months, this Rosé has crisp, bright flavors and fresh fruit aromas of wild cherry, strawberry, and watermelon. The hint of citrus and light acidity allows for a well-balanced wine. Following a direct press off the skins, the maceration is shortened to ensure a light pink color, and delicious mouth filling yet refreshing finish.
