At UrFriendCharles, we work with a network of licensed retailers and brand partners to fulfill orders. Because of this, shipping timelines and methods may vary depending on how your order is processed.
How Orders Are Fulfilled
Products on UrFriendCharles may be fulfilled in different ways:
- Direct checkout orders are processed through licensed retail partners (such as Bottle Nexus retailers)
- Partner retailer orders may be completed through trusted third-party stores
- Affiliate or brand-direct orders are fulfilled directly by the brand or external partner
Shipping policies may vary slightly depending on the fulfillment partner.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note:
- Processing times may vary based on product availability and order volume
- Some partner retailers or brands may have different processing timelines
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- The fulfillment partner
- The shipping method selected

Shipping Availability
We currently ship alcohol to most U.S. states, but restrictions apply.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Michigan (MI)
- Utah (UT)
- South Dakota (SD)
- Tennessee (TN)
Availability may change based on state laws and partner capabilities.
Delivery Requirements
For alcohol deliveries:
- An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery
- A valid government-issued ID may be required
If delivery is missed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
This allows you to monitor:
- Shipment progress
- Estimated delivery window
