Meet the Founders
Blackleaf Organic Vodka was founded by Washington, D.C. resident Kevin Larkai, who, during a vacation in Cognac, France, met Bertrand Laclie, owner of Maison Rene Laclie, a fifth-generation Cognac house. This chance meeting led to a partnership that birthed Blackleaf Organic Vodka. Later, Kevin partnered with Monté Burrow, a seasoned veteran of the spirits industry, to further elevate the brand. Together, they are committed to creating a premium organic vodka that embodies sophistication and excellence.
