Edmond’s Honor is an ultra-premium straight bourbon whiskey finished in French oak Cognac casks steeped with Madagascar vanilla. A high-corn mash bill and American oak aging give it smooth notes of vanilla, toasted oak, citrus, and baking spice. Dumas Rum is a Spanish-style molasses rum distilled in the United States at Dragon Distillery in Frederick, Maryland. It blends both pot-still and column-still distillates, marrying the depth of traditional craft methods with refined, balanced spirit character. The rum is aged 14 years, giving it rich complexity and a smooth, mature profile that reflects careful time in wood.

The brand was spearheaded by Bryan Proctor, who registered the trademark and has positioned Dumas as a rum that honors classic technique while appealing to modern palates. Dumas focuses on capturing the true essence of what a molasses-based Spanish-style rum can be: rich, layered, and enjoyable neat or in elevated cocktails.
