Meet the Founder

Fior Blended Scotch Whisky is the brainchild of retired U.S. Marine Corps Major Eric Dominijanni. With a 20-year military career that included three tours in Iraq and two in Okinawa, Dominijanni developed a deep appreciation for Scotch whisky. His journey began with an "Infinity Bottle," blending remnants of his favorite Scotches, which eventually led to the creation of Fior. Beyond his military service, Dominijanni is a classically trained chef who has studied in the U.S., Thailand, and Singapore, and even competed on "Throwdown with Bobby Flay." His dedication to excellence and authenticity is evident in every bottle of Fior.
