    Wandering Barman was co-founded by Darren Grenia, Julian Mohamed, and Roxane Mollicchi. Darren and Julian, both experienced in the hospitality industry, previously owned a restaurant where they recognized the challenges of maintaining a consistent cocktail program. Roxane, with a background in fashion product management, brought her expertise in production and brand development to the team.
