Welcomed like family, they worked side by side with master distillers, walking agave fields under bright blue skies, and fine-tuning every detail until Aplomo Tequila was born—a handmade, small-batch tequila designed for savoring moments and making memories. Made with 7–9 year old Weber Blue Agave grown in Jalisco’s iron-rich highlands, Aplomo is crafted using both traditional hornos and innovative autoclaves, double distilled in copper-coil pot stills, and aged in both American and French oak barrels for rich complexity. Every batch is personally taste-tested by Earnest to ensure a silky-smooth finish that’s bold, authentic, and unforgettable.
