New England Sweetwater Ashuelot Gin is a small-batch, craft gin produced by New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery in New Hampshire. Distilled from a unique blend of locally grown apples and potatoes, this gin is vapor-infused with a selection of botanicals, resulting in a light and bright profile ideal for various occasions.
Nose: Anise and licorice aromas with a warm undertone.
Palate: Initial aniseed flavors, subtle juniper mid-palate, and a sweet lemon custard cream finish.

Meet the Founders
New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery (NESW) is a family-owned business established in 2015 by Robert Patton‑Spruill, who spent his childhood summers with his grandfather learning the art of distilling and the value of quality over quantity. In 2020, sisters Alisa Lawrence and Nilaja Young, together with their spouses Karl Lawrence and Kenny Young, purchased NESW from their cousin Robert. This transition allows the next generation to build on the family legacy, blending time-honored techniques with a commitment to sustainability and community. Today, NESW produces small-batch spirits that celebrate craftsmanship, authenticity, and the shared joy of a great pour.
