How Orders Are Fulfilled
Products on UrFriendCharles may be fulfilled in different ways:
- Direct checkout orders are processed through our retail partner network (such as Bottle Nexus and licensed retailers)
- Partner retailer orders may redirect you to trusted third-party stores
- Affiliate or brand-direct orders are completed on external websites
Because of this, the applicable return policy depends on the retailer or partner fulfilling your order.
Alcohol Orders
For orders fulfilled through licensed alcohol retailers:
All alcohol sales are final.
Due to the nature of alcohol products and state regulations, returns and refunds are generally not permitted once an order has been placed.
Non-Alcohol & Affiliate Products
For non-alcohol items (such as glassware, books, or accessories) or products purchased through affiliate or brand partners:
- Return policies are set by the individual retailer or brand
- Please refer to the seller’s website for their specific return and refund terms
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 7–14 days of delivery
- Include clear photos of:
- The product
- Packaging
- Shipping label
We will coordinate with the retailer or partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
